We are committed to enabling the next generation of scientists

We welcome passionate individuals from diverse cultural and scientific backgrounds. We empower our trainees to realize their full potential at Yale and beyond. We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We value integrity, openness, curiosity, and emphasize personal growth and career development.

Our trainees can expect to gain research experience in any of the following scientific areas: biochemistry, cell biology, structural biology, protein engineering, antibody discovery, reproductive biology, and immunology. Our goal is to provide the scientific, communication, and leadership skills for our trainees to develop into truly independent, scholarly scientists.
